Over de opdracht
Ministerie van Defensie is op hunt for a Senior Ontwerper OpenSource to lead the Linux environment underpinning its Alfresco ECM solution. The candidate will act as technical owner of the Linux infrastructure, overseeing full lifecycle management from system design and hardening of OS images to resolving complex technical incidents. Working within a high-security setting, precision and adherence to strict protocols are essential to ensure continuous availability and full compliance with defense security standards. The role involves shaping scalable, resilient architectures that safeguard critical digital information services that are vital for operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in designing complex open source environments and holds Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA or RHCE. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days of remote work per week, within a structured and collaborative IT team. The assignment runs from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2027, with an option for extension. Candidates must be Dutch nationals and employed by a company, as the role is not open to ZZP professionals.
